Wood that has already lived a life.

We're Adele & Wayne, a husband-and-wife workshop in the hills of Andalucia. We give retired olive and almond trees a second life as boards, bowls and pieces for the home, each one shaped by hand and unlike any other.

Grain in the sunlight. No two pieces ever the same.

In the workshop

We don't rush wood — the timber has the final say.

From a rough cross-section to a finished piece: sanded, shaped and oiled by hand. Every board keeps the edge the tree grew, and every step happens in our workshop, between the two of us.

  • 01Rescue the timberOlive and almond trees retired after decades of bearing fruit in the groves around us.
  • 02Read the grainWe study the shape and the cracks to understand what each piece wants to become.
  • 03Shape by handCut, turned and carved slowly, keeping the live edges instead of sanding them away.
  • 04Finish & careFood-safe oil or natural wax brings the grain to life, ready for your home.

“Every tree gave fruit for decades before it was retired. We just give it a second story.”
